Our story
A Kelowna Japanese tradition.
Formerly known as Mini O-Zeki, Mizu opened in 2000 as an expansion of the O-Zeki family of restaurants.
O-Zeki was established in Kelowna in 1993 and grew alongside the city, helping shape its Japanese dining community. Mizu carried that tradition forward with fast, well-priced and authentic Japanese food.
More than two decades later, Mizu is beginning a new family-run chapter. Our focus remains simple: fresh ingredients, handmade food, friendly service and a warm place for the community to gather.
